December 11, 2008: Our supplies will be adequate to cover all of our items until Passover 2009. Any individual shortages will be posted to this page immediately.
July 1, 2008: We have been informed by the Star-K that Yoshon will take place this year and that the only mill that will be supplying the specially packed flour will be General Mills.
We have booked adequate supplies to cover most of our usage but we will be excluding certain items from the program, this year, due to volume and market conditions. You can be assured that all of your main items, such as Challah, bread, rolls, bagels, and danishes will be Yoshon all the time, as in the past.
As of this update, the list of excluded items is incomplete, but will be posted in late August.
