Coming into the bakery was very comforting. When my family walked inside we were greeted with a smile. Everything was in nice order, and it was one of the cleanest bakeries that I ever saw. Even the back of the bakery was clean. The owner, Max, gave us a small tour of the back. By the way, the baked goods are very very good.

A cake with a photo of "The Three Stooges" was new for you, and you handled it very well! Valerie gave me expert advice regarding this cake! She also helped me years ago with another fabulous cake for my mom's birthday.

Dear Max,
Just wanted to say a special thank you for the cake that you made for my parent's 50th anniversary. I brought you the picture and your salesgirls suggested I leave the choice of decorating and colors to you. Everyone at the party was amazed and it was so beautiful that they all stared at it for a long while before finally eating it. The cake was super moist (as I was told) and the sad part is I never even got a slice.

Dear Mrs. Cohn,
Thanks for making all of our holidays so special. We have been coming to your bakery since you first started on Roger's Avenue. I know that's 40 years ago but now I bring my children in and we still get that same personal service. My kids love it when you give them that special cookie... Thaey also love all those face cookies and cupcakes that you make and they never let us leave without taking some home.
The holidays would not be the same without Goldman's and I hope you know it.
