Memory Lane

It's time to take a walk down memory lane and remember all the wonderful times we've had together, from our first bakery on Rogers Avenue back in the 1960s, to the move to our current Falstaff location. There were expansions, as the bakery grew, and as the Cohn family grew up and we all got older. So enjoy the good times, and check back often as we continue to share the many memories that both made, and help make Goldman's the bakery it is today.
1965 - Fred Cohn at the Rogers Avenue location shortly after the bakery was purchased from the Goldmans
1973 - Fred working the ovens
1973 - Fred with son Max "training techniques!"
1970 or earlier - a skinny Max Cohn working the ovens
1970 or earlier - Inge Cohn working at the Rogers Avenue location
Around 1973 - Leah and Max working in the bakery
Between 1965-1970 Rogers Avenue - Fred working on a batch of Spritz Cookies
Around 1978-1980 Falstaff location- Fred working in very congested quarters at the time
New Years Eve, 1974 - Esther Belle would always be there if you needed a laugh. It's been many years, but we still miss her.
1974 - Joanne Decker. One of the original employees from the former owners. Joanne worked with us until she became ill in 1995.
A very young Charles Duvall Jr. and Fred Cohn posing for the cameras. Charles is still with the bakery today.
December 31, 1974 - New Years Eve at the Fallstaff shopping center location.
1995 - Fred Cohn at his bench. Max standing in the background
